The taproom is where every bottle meets the people, passion, and creativity behind it. Step inside, explore the vibrant world of naturally crafted kombucha, and discover flavours that are as refreshing as they are unexpected. From familiar favourites to exciting seasonal blends, there’s always something new waiting to be poured. Take your time, find your favourite sip, and ask us anything about tea, real fruit, botanicals, or the art of fermentation. The tasting experience
Four slow steps to taste kombucha properly, then build a sample flight of your own.
Look
Hold the glass to the light. Notice the colour from the fruit and tea, and the small bubbles rising from natural carbonation. Watch how the golden hues and vibrant tones catch the light with every gentle movement. Take a moment to appreciate the delicate aromas of real fruit and carefully brewed tea. Each sip brings a refreshing balance of subtle sweetness, gentle tang, and lively sparkle.
Smell
Swirl gently and breathe in. Fruit, herbs and flowers show up first, followed by the gentle tang of fermentation.
Sip
Take a small sip and let it move across your tongue. Look for sweetness, tang and fizz, and how they balance.
Finish
Wait a moment. The finish is where botanicals like sage, ginger and hibiscus linger. Then take a second sip.

Choose up to three flavours. We will suggest an order, lightest to boldest.
